Inua is a space of connection – inner connection. A space to get in touch with the authentic aspects of yourself, your soul, source energy, the divine in yourself, also known as your heart. It is a sacred space where we together work to connect with your Energy, Health, Spirits, Intuition, Loved ones and your way. My mission is to bring You Healing and Balance in your Body, Mind and Spirit and most important to reconnect with your soul, so you can grow and transform.
Aviâja’s guidance supports a wide range of help, including :

I think we all want to know why we do the things we do and what we learn from them. Especially when we feel miserable, there is a need of going in to the clutter, the mess, the tragic and learn that these intense feelings are relevant and helping us to create a better inner space and helping us to create a better path ahead. Why Inua
Because at some point and now more than ever we humans need to step back and breathe. Because with the speed of life, increasing demands and having a tendency to think and live in our heads and let our own needs go unheard we sometimes loose the connection with ourself and what we love in life. And yet despite all our efforts to manage all of it and pretend we are well, we still aspire to gain insight, find meaning and tune in to our heart and soul.
How it works
INUA The Soul Within is an ongoing experience you will nurture and draw from – before, during and after. It is custommade for you, by you together with me and other times with others, who have the feeling and need of walking a more authentic path, aligning our personality with our soul. This is not a path where we fix something, but rather a deepening connection with ourself and our possebilities. By putting ourselves in a safe place, either 1:1 or in a group, you are free to share your challenges, body symptoms, fears and inner most longings, you will uncover your true self – your soul, get in touch with how you deeply feel, achieve lasting breakthroughs and create authentic power, emotional awareness, being touched by your soul and leap on a spiritual journey.
