Fall last year I didn’t feel any comfort zone, it was growth and more growth packed in busy dailylife (busy is not always productivity, ask yourself how present you are in your life)…it felt like a long run trying to make it, and always feeling like I didn´t make it, but I did – in other ways than I expected. Looking at it now makes me laugh, life can be so funny in its own way of wrapping life lessons…
We think we want something and are fixed/focused on that for a very long time, our ego are busy wanting, achieving, looking for something specific – and when it doesn’t happen the big lesson of letting go arrives.
The power within us are taking good care of us, we just have to surrender our thoughts, our life, the pain, the identity of who we think we are and what we want. Once again I have been shown by this force both where I am attached and in which direction it want me to go…
Remember that our outer world is a reflection of our inner world and that the less we see the outer world as a mistake or wrong the more we help ourself. When we think things are falling apart it is part of our awakening, and we dont need to solve everything, we can make a conscious choice to be with it and let it pass through our system…as my personal healer is saying, observe not absorb.
