In spiritual traditions, precognition is often seen as:

Knowing what’s happening in advance is something I have felt for many years, I don’t know when it started, it has just been there as long back as I remember. How do I know that something is about to happen, I get this sensation like when you get warned out of nothing, like you have this gut feeling, mine is just stronger and clear.

The feeling of knowing when people die, before my mother died (when I was a very young girl), I knew it was the last time she was spending in our home and that death were close, before any doctor had looked at her. The same with my father in law, the last time we spent time together, when he paid us a visit I felt it very strong that it was the last time I saw him alive..that has happened so many times with close people and distant people.

The feeling of knowing people are ill, also before themselves, I kind of see another dimmed light in them, or get this feeling from them…and can sense how serious it is…

When people are not telling the truth, I see through them, see they are not speaking the truth or sharing another version of truth, or when they are not able to deal with the truth from the past and make up strategies.

I sense people on their journey, awaken, enlighten, closed down, abilities, potentials, all kinds of information.

I sense people in their tremendous pain in life and how they will get through it, I think pain is a helping hand from the divine to grow, to evolve and to remember who we are, we are so much more than what we see.

You do have intuitive abilities, your brain is constantly predicting outcomes, some experiences feel deeper or more symbolic than logic alone…so just remember to stay curious and grounded, not all feelings predict the future, but allow yourself to experience from your heart…

We are here to have a human experience with limitations, with pain (suffering is when we resist the pain, pain is having a certain cycle) and an opportunity to grow and to awaken so we can realize who we are. But we are also here to experience miracles and magic events – your heart already knows the truth.
