days with readings and sessions….tuning in, flashes, just knowing, quick images, honoring the nudges, other times very clear and strong messages that won’t leave me before the event has happened, no second guessing, I trust my intuition, seeing direct through ego pansers and what some people are trying to hide, spirit helps me, both my own helpers but also others, sometimes I dont know why I receive specific messages, sometimes they wake me up in the moment the event is happening, other times I just need to her about something and I know the details from the event, crime, situation. I do not delve in to specific details if I can avoid it, too much information, Im not opening up outside my home, unless my inner voice strongly guide me when I have someone in front of me where I have to be cautious or help them,
I love my gentle powerful guide, my compass, its natural, I dont have to prove it´s valid because its not a mind thing, its my wisdom, I can feel it and trust my own inner soul guidance
we dont need to know why our intuition is telling us something, perhaps our mind will argue with our truth, eventually we will listen to our quiet knowledge, the more we listen the deeper we are connected to ourself, we cannot explain – we just know, intuition is your best guidance, no advice in the world is more clear than your own intuition
As a psychic and medium I will connect with your potential in the moment, I do sense the past and the future, but you have free choice and will, and I will understand if you dont choose to do specific things, we learn from ourselves, sometimes we need to go through the “wrong” choices and rough experiences to grow, sometimes we dont want to hear what is said, that’s also a path before we are ready to go within
fear is a part of learning to trust our intuition, the world is so fear based, and unlearning to follow our loud fear based voice can take some time, little by little we understand our subtle voice, patience and silence, trust the first impulse and learn the difference between fear impulse and intuition voice..(fear is often loud and immediate, you sense it in your body, your heart rate, an overwhelming feeling, your stress level rise, black and white thinking) (Intuition is quiet, calm and neutral, its not an intense feeling, you know when you know)
your intuition is your friend leading you in the right direction, its your miracle muscle, you can sense subtle energies beyond this psychical world, you are the source of the Universe

this time of the year, warm colors, soft soil, plenty of fish, berries, reindeers, crisp air, winter is watching from a distance, welly time, filling up freezer, Mother Earth is generous, animals and people collecting in nature… people and traditions, not surrounded by this, these years, but my body remembers the season, the traditions, proudly…
