Doing what is best for you and realizing you dont have to tolerate anything with anybody teach you how to keep inner peace. When you in the start have patience with other people, perhaps excuse them, later tolerate their behavior or hidden intentions, it’s actually self abandonment – keep those boundaries. At some point when you feel discomfort or boundaries are crossed too much, you reach your limit.
Being taken for granted, or one-sided relationships are old patterns of you being overly understanding, or you over analyzing their noise, taking too much responsibility, or not seeing that what they are sending out is about them, not you, you dont need to stay. Who stays, who leaves changes, its part of life.
Carry yourself, you are responsible for yourself. Staying quiet, being helpful, keeping people happy doesn’t make people love you, or love you more or choose you. You are gonna help yourself with holding yourself, loving yourself, creating a safe space for yourself.
No second guessing, fighting, being a side character, wanting to be approved or liked or permitted. Work with your triggers, and remember that your worth is not dependent on others. Sometimes we stand in the middle of their path, and we chose how much we want to engage in that path, or how much we think its our struggle or pain to solve.
Personally my taste of people have changed a lot over the years, I definitely chose more peace and alignment with myself, allow yourself to be seen, if we hide behind all the above we cannot be ourself, be honest with yourself, I know it can be lonely, but your people will show up, its worth it.
Often what happens is that the one who points out the toxic, the problem or difficulties is often the one who gets attacked or becomes the problem. Not the one who created the problem in the start.
Do what feels right for you, let your light shine, let go of the one you are not, be vulnerable. Before you feel safe about being yourself there will be discomfort, that’s part of being seen, being out there, reminding yourself you learn something new, perhaps you end a pattern or cycle, cannot live the way you did anymore, you offer yourself a shift in priorities and trust in yourself.

An energy walk

Coming home to yourself
Leave old patterns, where your place in the relationship are tied to what you give, or are taking responsibility for or for what you offer. Choose selflove instead of fear for being alone, choose selflove so you can be in relationships where you are chosen for the one you are – not for what you…
