What’s the worst thing that can happen? A lot can happen, also the worst things, we make mistakes, and it seems there is no reason for why the things happened, but there will be good days, you will share hugs and kisses, we can try to prepare ourself for life situations, but for the most part many of the things we thought were going to happen never happened. They dont, many of them are thoughts, our imagination and ego filling up our inner space.
You choose what you will spent your thoughts and feelings about, bad scenarios or good ones?
My experience is that when we are in survival mode we tend to think more about the bad scenarios and when we are more in balance we have room to think about how well everything can go.
That’s why I try to accept whatever occurs in front of me, people, situations, my emotions, thoughts (dont believe all your thoughts). I must admit some situations are more challenging than others. But I try to be conscious about it.
If you are in between life fases – perhaps without work, you just entered your otium, are going to start your study, became a family, became single, trying to make sense of where you are in your life, your thoughts can spin in to negative spirals before you get a grip on what is going on. Believe things will work out, they will, you can cope and come through it.
Or if you do too little of what you love, your thoughts can be stressful and loud, some need rest, for others its not always the solution, its a matter of who you are…if my daily life is without the things I love my negative thoughts become very loud, If im tired I have a tendency to think too much. That’s why I as often as possible do something I enjoy.
Sometimes we understand that what we first thought was the worst thing that happened to us ends up being the best thing, it is so strange, but only when we are able to look in our back mirror – we are able to see it.
Dont loose hope and lock away your mind, protect your peace, it will get better…keep walking..

An energy walk

Coming home to yourself
Leave old patterns, where your place in the relationship are tied to what you give, or are taking responsibility for or for what you offer. Choose selflove instead of fear for being alone, choose selflove so you can be in relationships where you are chosen for the one you are – not for what you…
