My work is to help you with your attention and staying with yourself going within, seeing yourself behind all that you are not, breathing, and more breathing, helping you to calm your body and mind, dwelling in the present moment, regaining faith, diligence, mindfulness, concentration and insights. A lot of surrender and letting go. Im not healing you, Im holding space for you to awaken your own healer within, so you may heal yourself and reconnect deeply with your Soul.
