sit with it

When you are either entering a transition period, have already started a new path or pushed in to change you often feel lost….you have outgrown the old you and don’t know the new you…and being there in the middle you can sometimes feel lost. Remember it is okay to have these feelings, we are losing a lot when we are changing, we are losing patterns, routines, relationships, habits, thoughts, sometimes we change dreams or loose the faith in them, other times we think we have figured out the direction and have started planning and it goes a total other path…losing yourself completely can feel overwhelming, like a foggy road, perhaps you are trying to understanding the old life, being out of rhythm, at crossroads, so many questions and not having any answers, no map and not able to see any road, even light in front of you, plans can fall apart and perhaps you are too tired to act…

When we are feeling lost in the midst of change we often have lost the deep connection with our own soul, we are fading away from an outgrown identity, but also losing your own spark, where you once felt alive and not knowing how to bring it back…missing that part of yourself, feeling empty and not being able to change it…

sit with it…also when you want to avoid it and run away from it, sit with it when its difficult and heavy and you can’t see the path, just sit with it and close your eyes and listen to your intuition, your nervous system and your values…they will help you…and in the feeling of not feeling okay you can be more gentle, empathic, connect deeper with yourself and be still, sit with it..
