Saturday we had a little afternoon in Sweden because my youngest daughter had her drivers license friday and she wanted to show her driving skills (she is brilliant :-)), so we went on a tour, where she drove me and my eldest daughter to Malmö and she continued to the area south of Stockholm (long trip) with her friend and father.
We went to Moderna Museet in Malmö having a lovely sound exhibition, artist in residence and different photo artist’s…for me art is something I both love to create, and doesn’t make time for at the moment, from time to time I love going at exhibitions to feel inspired and awaken in my spirit….
Energy is everything
– give yourself some time each day to connect with yourself, sit in silence, spend some time outside in nature, pet your animal, talk with your spirit guide, hug your loved people or other things that nurture your soul…
Carry your heart
Throughout our life we meet and face new and difficult situations, that require us to change and adapt. Look and seek help where ever you can and especially turn your focus inward – seek for the inner knowing of truth and guidance – your soul is having the wisdom you are looking for and remember…
