you are sacred every moment in whatever you do and are, thinking it has to be in a certain way, ceremonially or a specific place, let go of that, every moment is our medicine, awaken, alive, in our heart
there is nothing to do or be or reach, you are already whole
nothing can silence our inner river or disconnect us from that stream, we may believe we are, listening too much to achieving, purpose, money, trying to be valid, finding a path through inner noise
Sometimes I miss Greenland where I so easily feel connected with myself, but there is no distance to our connectedness just a change of view, meeting ourself, being in our peace, we are not lost from our soul
we are alive and enough as nature – it is available for us every moment
