Stretch for your consciousness, learn to relax, and the most important thing, love yourself, really love yourself, listen to your needs, listen to what you need to offer yourself this very moment. Today I worked from home, and later had an appointment with a friend, and the plan was to go to the beach and swim, but the day turned out chaotic and draining for different reasons, I had a plan, and the day turned out totally different, so I cancelled the swim, my whole system needed to stay at home and nurture myself, in between crying, suddenly having a Plummer stepping by looking at the water system in our home, in between work calls, and trying to hold some loving space for myself.
Selflove is to feel your feelings, cry when it’s overwhelming, offer yourself the peace you need, and I was so lucky I actually had a session with a lovely trancemedium, Elaine Thorpe and her spirit Jonathan in the middle of everything, the timing was so good, because he was talking about expanding your consciousness through love for yourself, that our spiritual growth works through different human feelings, dealing with them, and we had an hour long session where he was talking and I was silent, in the end I was offered trancehealing, it really helped my system and heart – made me more soft and relaxed. I love how the universe is working…
The world needs we offer ourself selflove, we become more empathic and in that way we are helping with the overall harmony and peace in the world. Sometimes our own light is helping us, other times we need some help from the outside, like me today from a highly developed spirit. We learn through feelings, also to let go of them, sometimes we need a symbolic giraffe view, seeing everything from above, accessing the quality food in the top of the trees, reaching for the highest, hold your head high, much love and light from me.
The world goes on as it must, let go of all of it, choose the door to yourself…
From a private guided tour I had a month ago at the very very old stock exchange in Copenhagen, which went through a rebuilding and through the end it all burned down, so now they have been rebuilding some of the beautiful historic building…choose a door…everything leeds to love.
