don’t go back to the same empty well and expect water
that include friendships, family members, work life and your relationship with yourself
we all have old stories practiced for a long time some run a big part of our life depending on how many times we have practiced them inside of us.
The way we can deal with and change those stories are through validating ourself first and foremost, look for areas in your life and within, where you feel pride, where you appreciate yourself, where you feel happiness with yourself. And if it is difficult to find that place, help yourself by doing something you love, something that makes you relax, make you laugh, or just something that allow you to let go of control…
For me its, staying at the beach, sunbathing or swimming, knitting, sitting on a bench outside with my old father, in nature close to the ocean, train trips , watching the birds/animals, garden centre, running, writing, cooking and eating, watering my plants, long walks with my girls talking about all kinds of things, mornings with my coffee, retreats.

Remind yourself that you choose which thoughts what you are going to believe, your thoughts don’t have to be true, but because we repeat them so often they seem so true, that we forget we are choosing them. You are not the same as last year, even last week and yesterday, so be aware of your thoughts.
Start somewhere and question your thoughts, I always have a saying when other people are saying they cannot do or have a specific thing, I add the word YET to their sentence, maybe right now we cannot do the thing or have the thing we want, but its not the same it will never happen. Words and thoughts have power, be curious about your stories, reframe them, you are capable and perhaps you dont know how right now, but you can learn it, find it, believe in yourself.
We all have periods in our life where we doubt ourself and our capacities. Believing in ourselves doesn’t mean we are without fear, mistakes and can fall, it just means we are becoming more comfortable with the uncomfortable and continue our path. Remind yourself that what you are experiencing on the outside is a help on the inside.
When I look at my life and all the difficult experiences – I understand that they have been teaching me selflove. Our wounds, pain and struggles are pointers of where we need to be loved, by ourselves. Ask yourself what is this situation, relationship, challenge showing me, where can I love myself more.
Selflove is taking time for yourself in dailylife, it is possible also when you are a fulltime single parent with your own business, or have a lot of responsibility for others, 5-10 min in between your daily schedule, selflove is being ready to leave people, stories and situations, selflove is believing in yourself next to all the other feelings, selflove is to stop waiting for the right timing, respect, cared for and being valued. You are your own medicine, go within, pause and use your senses, pausing and asking yourself questions can reveal and open up important areas within.
Understand you are at the right time, place and moment. Everything I sacred, people, experiences, all of them are helping you to flow, to accept, giving up, letting go of attachments, where you feel vulnerable there is something to explore and confront. That is the path to home. Your heart, your soul.
uncertain
the uncomfortable feeling of being in-between the one I was and the one Im becoming expanding, stretching, shedding, evolving, less of the old – more of the new some days slow and silent, other days fast and loud, some something else there is no ready, just expression and allowing free your energy all of you…
owning who you are
be proud of who you are and have done, just remember you are not our accomplishments – you are your energy, your soul, what you are here, present, alive, in the world to experience it. not all people are qualified to tell you who you are sense the truth through your gut, no matter what…
Be open and curious
I have always loved to read, all kinds of literature – but for the last ten years it has mostly been non-fictional books, and I have felt I kind of had to relearn reading fictional books. I went to the library some days ago with my eldest daughter to pick up a non fictional book,…
