Simple simple Conscious choices

I do think that we need some help from time to time and that the help can be found many places. Not only in conventional therapy forms like psychology, psychotherapy or with a psychiatrist. But also within art therapy, healing modalities, shamanic healing, nature therapy, holistic therapy or using writing as a way of transforming yourself, breath work, bodywork and so much more, I have been a lot of the places in my proces.

In general I believe that we all have an enormous inner force which can heal everything, but I also believe that connecting with other people on our path, asking for and opening up for different kinds of guidance can show us our blind spots or our hidden resources, and help us moving foreward on to a transformational journey where we find healing, growth and heartfelt decisions.

For the time being Im having different mentors, one within trance mediumship and another one which are using Circling, the method is working with transformation through deeper connection. With Circling’s own words it is :

Circling is the facilitation, training and/or coaching of a communication system based on authenticity, deep empathic listening and meditative presence. It consists of a combination of distinct qualities, skills, and principles that strengthen both interpersonal communication & relational intelligence, and extend our perceptual range.

I love the connection with my mentor in our talks, I love how it involves all aspects of me, body, mind, spirit, and feeling in to what is going on in that moment, getting insights, realizing connections between aspects, and understanding interesting ways of perceiving and being. But also receiving ideas for new ways of being, new ways of handling yourself. And in a session most importantly trusting your partner/mentor/coach and feel you can open yourself freely up to whatever arise. I think we need different combinations of guidance and help.

…another simple thing is to nurture yourself like a mother for your little you, we often forget that part, being our owns best friend and parent because we understand how we feel and experience life and are being aware of the deep connection between your body, mind and traumas.

Another simple thing that really that offer healing is having a walk and talk with one of our loved one, being outside, moving your body can offer so much comfort, understanding, healing, insights, release as if you were with a professional

I read this beautiful quote from Henry Miller this morning and felt it resonated so well with the above healing proces and the proces of connecting deeply with yourself and just being :

Friday last week my eldest daughter was accepted to start her dream study at The University of Copenhagen, the Faculty of Psychology, her only choice of study and the only university she applied for. It’s the fifth most difficult study in Denmark, so few are accepted, and you need to have really high grades to be accepted. But because of her diligence her top grades made it possible for her to be accepted at all studies in Denmark. Now a new interesting journey will start for her in a month and Im sure we will have interesting talks for the next many years. She is quite spiritual and have healing, psychic and mediumistic abilities, so I wonder how things will evolve around her.

I actual discovered an interesting education in the US, Spiritual Psychology also called “transpersonal psychology” and it is offered through Meridian University in six different cities around the world. With their own words it is a discipline that focuses on the understanding of the human psyche and its relationship with the spiritual dimension. Spiritual psychologists believe in holistic approaches to healing, which includes the integration of mind, body and spirit into one’s daily life. From past experiences, we understand that our thoughts, emotions and beliefs can impact our physical health by influencing it on a cellular level.

I think some of their samle courses sounds really interesting, and my daughter really want to work holistic and combine the clinical and spiritual side….

Decluttering – Another kind of healing and Well-Being

I have a background as a longterm professional interior designer within the corporate world I mostly worked with clients like the Government and larger businesses, so there was a lot of offices and shared public space like meeting rooms, representative space and so on. In my design projects if it was existing space, I had to declutter and reorganize the old space before I would implement the new design. Some would say that this process is mainly practical, but investigating, cleaning, organizing and sorting your space actual is a deep inner process of becoming aware of yourself, your space, values, intentions, dreams, relationships, and how much you and your company have been growing or where it is blocking you. I always started with getting rid of the obvious really messy, broken, not used, too many things, duplicates, items we knew were going to be upgraded, rubbish, things was not representing the company anymore, like old gifts, furnitures, damaged things, forgotten plants, piles of all sorts of things just located in an empty space, inviting similar piles, a lot of lost things, or just things not having their own place or the same things placed all kinds of places. Things need to have their place of its own otherwise it becomes a source of irritation you get rid of hunting for misplaced things and taking up time from your colleagues and loved one who are helping you to find lost items.

So cleaning, organizing, sorting and decluttering is not only helping you in your daily life having an easier time it brightens our lives. Small changes can have an amazing effect. So try to look at what is recurring problems in your home or in your life and try if you can make some small changes or start to give away things you love but dont use anymore which is a way of adding beauty and abundance in another persons life.

Being a professional with my clients have been much easier than in my personal home,because I havent had a sentimental connection to the place, things or hidden connections, past and relationships. I have offered proper advices and viewpoints so my customers were able to look at their dilemmas in a new way.

Mu own declutter proces started when I had to declutter the home of my mother when she died (I was 19 years old), then I continued in my grand parents home when they died, and then in my own home because things had sneaked in, and continued with so many design projects over the years where I have decluttered, before I redesigned the space. All these experiences have shown me that it has of course a lot to do with items and things, but are so deeply connected with our inner state.

So decluttering actually helps your nervous system immensely, because living in a space where you can relax, breathe, enjoy and most of all be present you are telling your inner system it needs less. My experience is that letting go of things in your life, simplifies your daily routines, it helps you with a better imagination, get more connected with nature, because you engage in your life in a more simple and direct way.

Resting and relaxing is a very important part of connecting with your Soul

It is not only helping us to prevent illnesses arising from worrying and stress, but also clearing our minds, being present and focused in one thing, which will help us to become more creative, flexible and empathic. Another area relaxation will benefit you is being connected with your integrity which leads to better choices in life.

Relaxation have many pathways; Sometimes just sitting and doing absolutely nothing, just in the middle of your knitting project allowing yourself to follow the need of being quiet and feel your soul/heart, doing laundry – hanging it outside, watching animals and their movement and the changing weather, joking and laughing, singing, holding a loved ones hand, letting go of struggle, resistance and effort helps you trust in your worthiness and allow other solutions to arise, you become open, breathing, opening up to what is, more breathing, not thinking, not wondering and imagining, just breathing, you become and create through your becoming what you need, you allow life to flow its own way, sometimes feeling lost and unsure is part of your becoming, your transformation and relaxation can be a huge helper in the process of , you dont have to feel okay all the time.

Let me remind you that when you quiet your mind your soul will speak, becoming present in this moment, letting go of your past and its sorrows and experiences, staying with yourself in this moment without being pulled in to the future demands, fears and things you long for, inhaling – exhaling – inhaling – exhaling…..make time for you, inhaling – exhaling – inhaling make time for nurturing, calming and revitalizing yourself in the best ways possible.

It has a calming effect on you, your mind and life…you let yourself be you…and your body and mind restore themselves, resting is healing…

Aya Aya wine of the Soul

Im home from my retreat in Sweden and have made a long video about my experience, which was an Ayahuasca retreat with a female Peruvian Shaman. Ayahuasca is a master plant medicine from the Amazonas and is also known as the Wine of the Soul, liana of the Soul. Ayahuasca can induce visions of things like forgotten memories, traumas, feelings, connections, and help with addictions, depression and trauma, and help with spiritual enlightenment. Detoxing and keeping my system pure

Im preparing for a spiritual retreat the coming period, which will be a profound and transformative experience, so to make the most out of it, Im currently having another food diet, but also mentally and physically another diet and will therefore be out of social media, before, during and a little while after my retreat.

Because the preparation for the retreat is essential for me, I hope you will understand Im less present for this 3 week period.

Allowing Spirit to capture our attention

Since my youth have I been interested in trance mediumship, without really knowing it was called that. I just felt a huge curiosity towards the spirit world and mediums. The curiosity was a mix of I think the whole area spoke to me in a way I couldn’t explain (my soul recognized an area I could pursue) and second I lost my mother as 19 years old and had a deep need of receiving messages from her, which never happened at that time, only much much later, like 35 years later. I never ever thought I would train trancemediumship myself, not even if you had asked me 1,5 years ago being very involved in my mediumship development would I have thought that it would be a path for me.

But Spirit had other plans and are always nudging us on the path where we have something to offer to the world and at a certain point when the time is right you follow the nudge. I started my trance mediumship development last year, where I have been through several trancemediumship programs with different teachers to kind of finding my teacher which can help me to go much deeper. At the same time have I been in different trance circles to explore and to learn the craft and see other mediums offering trance. Next week will I start to receive some proper 1:1 mentoring from a very experienced trancemedium teacher and spiritualist, which hopefully will move me much further.

Trance mediumship is the oldest form of spirit communication. A Spirit Being is blending and communicating through the mind of a medium, it is not physically. The most wellknown communication are spoken or written trance, also known as automatic writing, but trancehealing, trance art, trancemusic are also part of trance. Trancemediumship requires that the medium is entering an altered state of consciousness allowing the Spirit Being to blend with the energy, mind and body of the medium. As a medium you surrender your consciousness to Spirit and keep your mind out of the process. Your ego is dissolving and then Spirit are blending with you and with your permission taking over the control of your mind and body, so they can communicate through you. It feels like being in a state of no thoughts, a deep meditation, although you are not meditating, you are there, but in a very relaxed state, and the deeper you surrender in the merging, the more relaxed and “gone” you are.

Some altered states are light, where the medium are able to hear and watch from another place, other altered states are very deep, where the medium cannot recall or remember anything from the trancemediumship. This has also to do with how experienced you are. You don’t fall asleep as a medium and no spirit can take over the mind of the medium, the medium is agreeing with everything, so the medium is offering themselves to Spirit and allowing Spirit to communicate through them. The more altered state and experienced you are as a trancemedium the more advanced it will be. The mediums mind is on hold, while Spirit is delivering fluent, logical, intelligent information, but also very uplifting and enlightening information, or healing or whatever the trance is about. So trance is the altered states of consciousness wherein different kinds of modalities can take place with the help of Spirit.

A thing I have been wondering myself is that, there is trancemediumship and channelling, and the difference is that channelling is a lighter version of spirit blending with the mediums mind. In channelling the spirit is only blending with the outer layers of the aura of the medium.

With the knowledge I have now, going through all my mediumship training the last 5 years I do see a pattern in my development, that the mediumship and my path of going within has helped me immensely in my trancemediumship development. If you have experience with meditation you can focus more on the trancemediumship instead of dealing with both of them at the same time. My ability to surrender and go deep quite fast has definitely to do with my on-off meditation practice in my life. Several of my mediumship teachers have asked me to consider trancemediumship because I so easily can go deep. So let’s see how the quality and depths of my trancemediumship will be. I would love to use it in my energy healing sessions.



Healing time



Emerging in to your own Being

In the space of Being you are simply with yourself, it is so simple that we forget it, just pure being. You can access it through meditation, which can help us to realize and connect with our beingness. But keep it simple, you can also access it without meditation. Skip all the thoughts about doing this and that to access the being. Beingness just is, easy, simple and within you. Everything we can think it’s NOT, like thinking, doing, striving, expecting, achieving or forcing.

Some use their breath as focuspoint, inhale, exhale, but I will still say keep it simple, the breathing can become a project and unnatural. Some use keep their eyes closed to shut down the outside world, which for many is useful when you want to meditate or focus on something specific. I still like to encourage you to simplicity, Being is your conscious awareness in this moment. Our life is this moment, right now I am.

If you look at people in their otium, being retired many of them has slowed down, the concentration and focus of creating, becoming, achieving, keeping together all the -ings create space for being yourself. If I look at my 85 year old father, most of the time he is sitting and looking, having lots of naps, being quiet, he is Being. It is more obvious for retired people, and for some easier. But you can access it your whole life, no matter the circumstances.

Being occur in this moment, being fully present, let life flow through you, just for now sit with yourself, sink in to stillness, be with the one behind everything, “I am the awareness”, “I am the state of grace”, you cannot leave this state, your beliefs and thoughts can blind you from perceiving your own uniqueness, but it cannot leave you.

We are so used to engage in our thoughts, beliefs, the life we see on the outside that we sometimes forget to go within. Examine your conscious mind and its content. We are trained in to a rationel viewing on life that we forget our connection with our soul and spiritual power. Relax and tell yourself another part of you do know. Feelings and experiences, like loneliness and despair, help yourself shifting from suffering to letting them serve you as bridges to illuminating who you really are, a spiritual being. The outer world and our emotional and mental instability are there to show us, to go beyond and walk away from it. We are humans AND divine, the human part helps us to rediscover our divinity.

Live in the present moment, choose to trust and accept yourself and believe that life always work it out in a good way.

We are all unique and Divine



The biggest gift

you can give yourself, is to be your authentic self and prioritizing your highest joy of what you really love in life, even when it makes no sense and make other people uncomfortable. I know the choice can be connected with fear and a feeling of being unsure of the path, but sometimes it can be good to be scared of things, it means you are doing something really important and big in your life.

We can be so habitual conditioned in pleasing other people or showing a facade that things are fine in our lives, but inside we feel miserable or are longing for something different. Taking steps towards what we long for is a process, seldom decided overnight. When the Soul is calling us, much is going on the inside and outside, before you settle in to your new chosen reality.

Saying ; “Okay I do it” I want to be connected deeply with that part of myself, where I shine my light, my heart and soul, is a work in progress confronting and letting go of fear, ego stubbornness, rigidity, resistance and also dealing with reactions from your surrounding.

When I felt the inner nudge of walking the path of my authentic self, meaning taking a big leap of faith, leaving my professional path as an self employed interior designer for the corporate world with high-end clients and projects wasn’t easy at all. For years I felt a lot of discomfort about leaving my safe identity, dailylife and in the end selling our house to provide some financial support to our new life, leaving my succes and wellknown life. I felt and can still feel discomfort being on my Souls path, you cannot prepare for the unfoldment, but do I feel aligned and on my Souls path, yes.

Instead of crumbling in to fear position or believing in your fearful thoughts, which is quite natural, remind yourself to breathe through all the many changes and surrender more, especially in your mind. Dealing with other peoples response both the good and the bad is a reflection of our life and thoughts. We can’t take responsibility for other peoples emotional and mental purging towards who we are and what we do. Especially not from those we love and trust. When our close relationships express discomfort about our chosen path or simply just ignore it, start to prioritize what excites you a lot more. Do what feels good and keep doing it. It’s like turning up the volume of your favourite channel and acting on your passion and excitement, no matter how other people react on you with their discomfort.

I have experienced a lot of outspoken vomiting about my choices being on a spiritual path and I kept walking. I have felt very close people ignoring that part of me and they still do. It hasn’t been easy, but it has helped me accepting my truth and light much deeper. Help yourself letting your mind know that it is okay other people don’t understand you and your path, and that it can be difficult for them to ask you questions. If they don’t understand it or it doesn’t interest them. Perhaps someday they will be curious and ask questions, perhaps not, keep moving forward and do what you love.

Not having their support and understanding is helping you to get more clear about how you bond and spend time together. With time they will understand, get inspired or feel your authenticity which allows them to be and do the same.

It demands a lot of trust in yourself and the unknown, struggling with trust is part of the path. Remember to take loving care of yourself both on the inside and the outside. Give yourself love and have healthy and clear boundaries. A lot of times speaking and living your truth is a diverse process, with obstacles and will power and at the same time figuring out a new balance in your life. Express yourself from your heart and trust the process. There will be people entering your life who will support and understand you. We grow when we overcome obstacles. Allow your heart and feel the harmony.



Love what you see

For a period of time you keep peace in your life, but you know that truth will show it self over time, you know that change is inevitable it’s only a matter of time.
