*Living in Greenland at the time, quitting my job “out of the blue” and entering a period of having responsibilities and no safety net plus having responsibilities and a lot of expenses. Then asking spirit to help me with a specific amount of money so I could go away for 3 months for 1 month healing education in California, 1 month vacation and 1 month starting up again. Spirit answered my request by giving me two huge interior projects covering all the expenses for the three months. Everything went so fast and fell in to place. Sometimes it is a matter of deciding – this is what I want. (this is one of the many times where I have been helped in a big way)

*My periods of insecurity about daily life aspects, am I doing the right thing, have I taken the right choices, will I need to look after a “normal” job, will there be enough money and so on, and its definitely me being confronted in my own old way of living and in my mind not always giving myself what I long for.

*always always trust your gut feeling, your intuition is your best friend and will lead you to the good places in life. Ps. and do the things you love to do in small and big.

*at the beach, knitting, laughing with my girls, long walks, sleeping at the coach, sometimes cooking, and everyday looking after my rose plants.

*Yesterday, I started a running course in a group in a professional runners club, that felt good. But I would also say last month where I went to Sweden for an Ayahuasca retreat, that was so lovely…I really felt I loved myself by offering myself that time and experience.

*living in the story Im telling myself for the moment, including a long term home (although Im a nomad by heart), travel a lot more frequently with my work for inspiration and pleasure, write as part of my work, offering my INUA program more widely, keep myself happy happy happy, feel powerful, invincible, clear minded, vitality, eagerness – another level of deeper connection with myself and to remember always seeking my Souls wisdom when I get confused, freedom on all areas of my life.

Abundance is You being You

Abundance and tapping in to manifesting abundance has nothing to do with effort, money, material things or feeling safe with specific outcomes. Abundance is energy and flow and works when you forget about it…

I have always had difficulties with all the manifesting steps, affirmations, writing your wish 100 times a day, vision boards and so on, my brain and mind goes blank, I have the feeling I have missed something in the understanding of the manifestation techniques, it gets too much, too complicated, to much in my mind…at the same time, I love there is so much material out there to help people, because we are different and perceive different, so what works for you may not work for me.

Over the years have I tried to understand what I do when I manifest desired things, and have never really had a formula for it. What I do know is that manifestation happens every day, desired and less desired things and experiences happens in our life. Manifestation has to do with receiving, allowing yourself to receive and to understand that you already are enough, you have enough, your life is enough as it is and that it all happens inside of you, not outside of you, you are the manifestation.

Abundance and manifestation isn’t about effort and doing, its not about going from A to B, there is no path or achievement, tasks, steps, or you have to change on the inside or outside, no doing, working on, waiting for, its just there when you need it, Over the years have I played with it in so many ways. Like when I felt it was time to have a piano in our home, at that time we were living in Greenland where its rare to find a piano, and even more rare to find it for a good price and in good condition. I emptied the space in our living room where I thought it would be good, one of my girls were drawing all the keys in 1:1 size and we placed them on the floor. I made room for it to be transported through our house and then we started to see YouTube videos with piano lessons and sat in front of our paper keys and enjoyed our piano. less than a week after someone were selling a perfect condition piano and there was a lot of interest in it. I was not the first one, BUT we got the piano, because I had planned it and felt it already was in our house, so the seller offered it to us, and then we had the piano the day after…So effortless, easy, natural…there was doing in this manifestation, but more as we own a piano, this is where its placed, this is how we use it way…and it has always worked for me.

I have realized that when there is something I want, then I try not to make it into something big (it doesn’t work with everything, I still have difficulties with certain things, and know I dont manifest because I use too much time, thinking, feeling, missing around the subjects, Im too deep in to the feeling/thinking about it that it has become a habit of missing it, and the feeling of not being able to achieve it, so I do that to myself, I can’t allow it in to my life, Im total aware of it, and try to ease it up with more neutral thoughts and approaches, leave the desires, which actually are a difficult part in manifestation, because you see it is missing in your life…

Surrender, trust, let the Universe (your higher self) take care of it…dont make it a big deal and know that it is already there, you dont have to do a lot of things….or not even worry about it. (which is the case for some things in my life), I know that the only thing I can do about it, is to leave it, forget about it, let go of it, or let go of all the feelings around not having it…

Lately have I changed my approach to myself and life, the trust in myself and my ability to flow with life and receive what I need has really changed for the better. It has a lot to do with letting go of fear, worries, accepting that life is what it is, being aware of I dont miss anything, letting go of struggle and lack mentality. It has a lot to do with acceptance of life like it is…but most of all its an understanding and knowingness.

The proces of transformation can sometimes be a very unpleasant, going from awakening to enlightenment is a process of releasing what you are not, redescovering your true Self and all that you are…a spiritual being, a soul in a human body with human experiences.

By coming home to the one you truly are, you help and inspire people around you in their realization. The more you are You, allowing yourself to feel everything, also all the unpleasant and painful things, you give yourself an understanding of who you are and those around you. In that proces we can start to create and manifest the lives we want and by allowing ourself to be who we are, we communicate deeply with our Soul. I believe we manifest from freedom in ourselves, freedom from restrictions, freedom from rigid rules, dogmas and conformities, you dive deep in to your own heart and Soul and allow yourself to be who you are…

Lifeforce flow so much easier through you when you surrender to the one you are, when you release, and let the energies work through you.

What does it mean to love yourself….all those moments in your life, petting your cat, hugging your girls, meditating, listening to wonderful music, your food, view and nature, your shadow in the sunlight, memories, rain, silence, connecting with spirit, relaxing, sounds, offering healing, beauty, feeling your heart expand….and so much more…

Out on a Limb

Im re-watching an old movie “Out on a Limb” based upon Shirley Mclaine’s book about her spiritual awakening. It’s around 4 hours long, and I saw it first time when it came out on video cassette….back in the beginning of the 90ties. It is still so worth to watch, so just some inspiration from me, if you havent heard about it, read the book or see the movie…you can find the movie on Youtube, and its divided in to two, because the movie is so long…enjoy it…



There is nothing to fear

I just want to share my joy and gratitude about a recent “unexpected” manifestation – a lovely travel and stay at a very beautiful location including an exciting workshop – which will take place next month….just to inspire you to keep aligning with your dreams. I must admit this manifestation just came out of the blue and I haven’t spend a lot of energy or time to focus on it, only a few neutral moments, thinking it would be very lovely to travel to a warm place, but only like when you pass by a shop window and see something you like and think, that would be nice…thats how this manifestation has been and probably why it feels so “unexpected”….and actually a very good lesson for myself how to help myself approach some other dreams which have felt unapproachable…so thank you to myself for showing myself my manifestation path 😂 enjoying my daily life, feeling carefree, express gratitude in the moment I feel it and experience it….shift of focus when old patterns kicks in…but mostly being very present in this moment and enjoying it in all its aspects….

Over the years I have manifested a great deal of desired things and all my manifestations have “Joy” in common, the less I have been thinking about my desire the easier it has manifested. And then I know from experience that my expectations have a lot to do with the manifestation. I always get discount, I never ask for it, but are always offered discount or if not discount given something extra. I always have been good at manifesting nice homes, at locations, prices or sizes which are very uncommon. During my study ( I had it for 9 years) to become a interior designer I had a 150 m2 big apartment in central Copenhagen to the amount of $260 per month, which of course was amazing and made my life easy and lovely.

I have manifested so many travels, like to the Caribbean, Japan, all over Europe, I have manifested so many money coming in at the exact right time and every time I have felt Spirit and the Universe have helped me and supported me. And they are and will, but of course you can loose faith in them, yourself and life, or wish something so badly that it become very difficult to manifest it, because you cannot relax about it.

I have some areas where Im working on taking my focus away from my wishes, and ease them, help them and myself to feel unattached to the outcome and with that leave the suffering behind. Not that I succeed in all areas, especially not when my impatience kicks in…thats usually when I try to help myself focus on something I love…shifting focus in to neutral thinking or something I can enjoy to help myself flow more in life…on my top 10 list of things I do to help myself is, my family is my number one, my two lovely girls and my cat, they are above everything are the reason I do what I do, but besides them, these ten things are important to me, with so much more :

  1. Long and short walks, just getting out, moving my body, connecting with nature is good for me or nurture my plants at my balconies
  2. Being creative, knitting, embroidery, painting, designing no matter what it is it helps me to be in the present moment and enjoy what I am doing
  3. Appreciating neutral things in my life, my home, all the vegetables in my refrigerator, the quietness, sweet neighbors, nice bed, the simplicity in my home when its organized
  4. Writing, writing here on this page, writing on my other blog aviajaspace, writing poems, writing letters, I wrote a lovely letter for my youngest daughter yesterday, because she started at her bordingschool UHR Saturday and will stay there for a year, so to make her dailylife more cosy, me and her big sister write her letters and send her small things, like cookies, beads so she can be creative, images and so on, but I also love to write chapters for something more serious like a book, which hopefully at some point leave the computer and arrive out there
  5. Cooking in general eating and cooking, and especially vegetarian food, I love to create and taste new dishes, and to support that in this period (because I feel I need to help myself to be at ease to loosen up certain areas in my life) I have ordered some weekly boxes with the seasons fresh vegetables and fruit, to change habits and feel inspired and feel the happiness of receiving lovely boxes with ecological food…
  6. Practice and learn new skills, for the moment I train Trance mediumship, so on a very regular basis I meet up with others in online sessions to train my skills, and I love the learning proces but also to meet other people from all around the world
  7. Being at the beach, which is so relaxing for me, swimming, sunbathing, talking a little, half sleeping, doing absolutely nothing. I think it is one of the only places where I really relax, I always bring books or music, but often I just sit or lay down and do nothing…Im not even trying to meditate…and now having independent children after so many years being fulltime single mother, I really enjoy my valuable me time on the beach…it could also be the nature in Greenland, being on the ocean or in the mountains enjoying my favourite nature in the world…
  8. I love hosting spiritual events, and to share wisdom and knowledge, guide other people towards a more joyful and soul connected life.
  9. Feeling inspired, being inspired by images at my Pinterest finding more images, finding beautiful images, dreaming add more inspiration to my life, discover new areas which helps me to become more clear about my path and life
  10. Just be still, feeling my heart and soul and the flow of life running through me, making it so worth living no matter the circumstances. It is another way of being connected with the Source of Energy, without any lists, any conditions, open no matter what, being in this present moment, without feeling bothered by life events and suffer, no predicting, no bending life, no future scenarios, just being and feeling the happiness of just being….

Simple simple Conscious choices

I do think that we need some help from time to time and that the help can be found many places. Not only in conventional therapy forms like psychology, psychotherapy or with a psychiatrist. But also within art therapy, healing modalities, shamanic healing, nature therapy, holistic therapy or using writing as a way of transforming yourself, breath work, bodywork and so much more, I have been a lot of the places in my proces.

In general I believe that we all have an enormous inner force which can heal everything, but I also believe that connecting with other people on our path, asking for and opening up for different kinds of guidance can show us our blind spots or our hidden resources, and help us moving foreward on to a transformational journey where we find healing, growth and heartfelt decisions.

For the time being Im having different mentors, one within trance mediumship and another one which are using Circling, the method is working with transformation through deeper connection. With Circling’s own words it is :

Circling is the facilitation, training and/or coaching of a communication system based on authenticity, deep empathic listening and meditative presence. It consists of a combination of distinct qualities, skills, and principles that strengthen both interpersonal communication & relational intelligence, and extend our perceptual range.

I love the connection with my mentor in our talks, I love how it involves all aspects of me, body, mind, spirit, and feeling in to what is going on in that moment, getting insights, realizing connections between aspects, and understanding interesting ways of perceiving and being. But also receiving ideas for new ways of being, new ways of handling yourself. And in a session most importantly trusting your partner/mentor/coach and feel you can open yourself freely up to whatever arise. I think we need different combinations of guidance and help.

…another simple thing is to nurture yourself like a mother for your little you, we often forget that part, being our owns best friend and parent because we understand how we feel and experience life and are being aware of the deep connection between your body, mind and traumas.

Another simple thing that really that offer healing is having a walk and talk with one of our loved one, being outside, moving your body can offer so much comfort, understanding, healing, insights, release as if you were with a professional

I read this beautiful quote from Henry Miller this morning and felt it resonated so well with the above healing proces and the proces of connecting deeply with yourself and just being :

Friday last week my eldest daughter was accepted to start her dream study at The University of Copenhagen, the Faculty of Psychology, her only choice of study and the only university she applied for. It’s the fifth most difficult study in Denmark, so few are accepted, and you need to have really high grades to be accepted. But because of her diligence her top grades made it possible for her to be accepted at all studies in Denmark. Now a new interesting journey will start for her in a month and Im sure we will have interesting talks for the next many years. She is quite spiritual and have healing, psychic and mediumistic abilities, so I wonder how things will evolve around her.

I actual discovered an interesting education in the US, Spiritual Psychology also called “transpersonal psychology” and it is offered through Meridian University in six different cities around the world. With their own words it is a discipline that focuses on the understanding of the human psyche and its relationship with the spiritual dimension. Spiritual psychologists believe in holistic approaches to healing, which includes the integration of mind, body and spirit into one’s daily life. From past experiences, we understand that our thoughts, emotions and beliefs can impact our physical health by influencing it on a cellular level.

I think some of their samle courses sounds really interesting, and my daughter really want to work holistic and combine the clinical and spiritual side….



Decluttering – Another kind of healing and Well-Being

I have a background as a longterm professional interior designer within the corporate world I mostly worked with clients like the Government and larger businesses, so there was a lot of offices and shared public space like meeting rooms, representative space and so on. In my design projects if it was existing space, I had to declutter and reorganize the old space before I would implement the new design. Some would say that this process is mainly practical, but investigating, cleaning, organizing and sorting your space actual is a deep inner process of becoming aware of yourself, your space, values, intentions, dreams, relationships, and how much you and your company have been growing or where it is blocking you. I always started with getting rid of the obvious really messy, broken, not used, too many things, duplicates, items we knew were going to be upgraded, rubbish, things was not representing the company anymore, like old gifts, furnitures, damaged things, forgotten plants, piles of all sorts of things just located in an empty space, inviting similar piles, a lot of lost things, or just things not having their own place or the same things placed all kinds of places. Things need to have their place of its own otherwise it becomes a source of irritation you get rid of hunting for misplaced things and taking up time from your colleagues and loved one who are helping you to find lost items.

So cleaning, organizing, sorting and decluttering is not only helping you in your daily life having an easier time it brightens our lives. Small changes can have an amazing effect. So try to look at what is recurring problems in your home or in your life and try if you can make some small changes or start to give away things you love but dont use anymore which is a way of adding beauty and abundance in another persons life.

Being a professional with my clients have been much easier than in my personal home,because I havent had a sentimental connection to the place, things or hidden connections, past and relationships. I have offered proper advices and viewpoints so my customers were able to look at their dilemmas in a new way.

Mu own declutter proces started when I had to declutter the home of my mother when she died (I was 19 years old), then I continued in my grand parents home when they died, and then in my own home because things had sneaked in, and continued with so many design projects over the years where I have decluttered, before I redesigned the space. All these experiences have shown me that it has of course a lot to do with items and things, but are so deeply connected with our inner state.

So decluttering actually helps your nervous system immensely, because living in a space where you can relax, breathe, enjoy and most of all be present you are telling your inner system it needs less. My experience is that letting go of things in your life, simplifies your daily routines, it helps you with a better imagination, get more connected with nature, because you engage in your life in a more simple and direct way.

Resting and relaxing is a very important part of connecting with your Soul

It is not only helping us to prevent illnesses arising from worrying and stress, but also clearing our minds, being present and focused in one thing, which will help us to become more creative, flexible and empathic. Another area relaxation will benefit you is being connected with your integrity which leads to better choices in life.

Relaxation have many pathways; Sometimes just sitting and doing absolutely nothing, just in the middle of your knitting project allowing yourself to follow the need of being quiet and feel your soul/heart, doing laundry – hanging it outside, watching animals and their movement and the changing weather, joking and laughing, singing, holding a loved ones hand, letting go of struggle, resistance and effort helps you trust in your worthiness and allow other solutions to arise, you become open, breathing, opening up to what is, more breathing, not thinking, not wondering and imagining, just breathing, you become and create through your becoming what you need, you allow life to flow its own way, sometimes feeling lost and unsure is part of your becoming, your transformation and relaxation can be a huge helper in the process of , you dont have to feel okay all the time.

Let me remind you that when you quiet your mind your soul will speak, becoming present in this moment, letting go of your past and its sorrows and experiences, staying with yourself in this moment without being pulled in to the future demands, fears and things you long for, inhaling – exhaling – inhaling – exhaling…..make time for you, inhaling – exhaling – inhaling make time for nurturing, calming and revitalizing yourself in the best ways possible.

It has a calming effect on you, your mind and life…you let yourself be you…and your body and mind restore themselves, resting is healing…
