When you are not you, for a period of time you keep peace in your life, but you know that truth will show it self over time, you know that change is inevitable it’s only a matter of time…
Read or re-read my former post on my blog, how you allow yourself being more you :
this time of the year, warm colors, soft soil, plenty of fish, berries, reindeers, crisp air, winter is watching from a distance, welly time, filling up freezer, Mother Earth is generous, animals and people collecting in nature… people and traditions, not surrounded by this, these years, but my body remembers the season, the traditions, proudly…
waiting, watching, connecting to a wellknown universe – you are sacred every moment in whatever you do and are, thinking it has to be in a certain way, ceremonially or a specific place, let go of that, every moment is our medicine, awaken, alive, in our heart there is nothing to do or be or…
the uncomfortable feeling of being in-between the one I was and the one Im becoming expanding, stretching, shedding, evolving, less of the old – more of the new some days slow and silent, other days fast and loud, some something else there is no ready, just expression and allowing free your energy all of you…
be proud of who you are and have done, just remember you are not our accomplishments – you are your energy, your soul, what you are here, present, alive, in the world to experience it. not all people are qualified to tell you who you are sense the truth through your gut, no matter what…
I have always loved to read, all kinds of literature – but for the last ten years it has mostly been non-fictional books, and I have felt I kind of had to relearn reading fictional books. I went to the library some days ago with my eldest daughter to pick up a non fictional book,…
Close your eyes Inhale, exhale Just be Feel your body, feel your heart Be yourself, no reaction to anything – not even your body and mind Just witness and become silent and quiet
I love how I feel inside when I knit…the tenderness, a calm and quiet feeling. I am knitting a lot for the moment, at home, in the train, sometimes at meetings…for me knitting are the opposite of busy and rushing, its something I do for me (although the knit is often gifts for others), its…
Being in a process of transformation is part of life, some take more of them than others. During the process we face compromises, dilemmas and will be asked to juggle many tasks. During ones life journey with all the choices, basis of life and etc., you can loose clarity.
Help yourself going inwards, connect deeper with yourself and your intuition, silence yourself, slow down in life, give yourself some space, and after a while you know what you want…deep in your heart you know what you want and stick to what you know and have some patience with it. Build it up little by little and go with it. Tell yourself; “I know what I want, I integrate it in a more slow pace than I want, then the clarity and structure of what I want comes with time”.
Building something while you have other responsibilities can create a muddy process where opposing interests asks you to have patience. Instead of looking at it, that you have to wait or put your dream, vision or goal aside again, look at it with the souls eye. You will experience parts of your inner life and yourself in a new way. New things arises due to all you experience. Remember you have been so many different places in your life, a foundation you can pull out all kinds of knowledge from and exert in new ways.
You have one choice and that is to work with the level of the soul, and you cannot speed up the process, because if you try you will face resistance. Use your intuition, look at your life and your life choices, your intuition has helped you, doors will open and they will open again. Within you you have a huge range of skills you can develop, which parts of them do I want to develop right now.
For the moment I work with simplicity, slowing down, offering myself enough selflove, perhaps you have other aspects you like to develop…it is not always a specific result or outside goals being important in the process, going within an developing your inside skills can be as important as the outside.
With time there will be openings, you will receive more air and options…
Spiritual awakening doesn’t have to be grande and loud, extrovert and full of energy and bling bling, it doesn’t have to be together with a spiritual group or teacher, you dont even have to understand everything and see the big picture or find answers, sometimes it is so quiet and in your own company, feeling…
As some of you may know Im a professional interior designer and work with space in my dailylife. For me space is both the outer physical – but also something we experience, a felt and sensed experience, our intuition tapping in to the environment. We sense imprints from the past and what is going on…
Fear of being seen has not so much to do with exposing oneself to every situation being out of your comfort zone, but I want to look at it from another angle. In a natural state of Being we dare to be ourself all the time. The opposite is showing the world what we think…
getting lost in life is part of the process of awakening, when you are lost you feel all kinds of feelings and can ask a lot of yourself, to get on track again, that you are wasting your time, have to be more intelligent, asking yourself to find your new path right away,
When we are growing we loose something, a direction, an identity, a connection, feeling behind, how life should unfold, the things that make you feel safe, comfortable and going, daily habits, many of the things that is familiar to you
Perhaps you are trying to avoid the feeling of being lost (remember you can still be on the right path even when you are lost), you are actually abandoning yourself and perhaps that is why you are lost and part of the path to find yourself and make that realisation and feel you are worthy of being you, sitting with this darkness, lostness, messy thing, hiding
Pretending helps us to survive and to be part of a group, but in our awakening we outgrow that part of our identity. Our soul will nudge us to look for the truest part of ourselves, you are shedding layers, you are rebirthing, starting to live the life you came here to live…
Something in you knows who you are and what to do, look for it
A very lovely path to yourself is through a passion or leisure activity. What do you love to do? Cooking or baking, playing an instrument, something creative like writing, photography, painting, hiking, yoga, swimming, books, gardening, crafts…something that makes you relax, forget about time, something that feels like you and the thing you do are…
Before writing this piece, I have had some days reflecting on different situations and experiences in my life, and my own habits and patterns through out my life. I realized that how easily we devote so much of our energy to understanding other people. Yet the more we analyze them, the further we often drift…
The Icelandic title for the movie the Love that Remains, I watched it last weekend and although the theme was about a family going through a separation over a year, there was something about the visual way it was browsing through family life and experiences, image by image, it reminded me so much about authentic…
There is no image to maintain, no masks, no rules or trying to fit in to a group or role.
People will like you and dislike you, but you will not worry about their opinion and how they look at you. You have learned not to look for approval from others, fitting in, instead you commit to who you are to your own belonging.
You are enough, nothing to prove, you are embracing who you are right now in this moment, it´s a practice moment to moment, being conscious, making choices, choosing you, letting go of your strategies and layers, traumas, compromises, suppression, stories, the need of being special, people pleasing, abandoning and belittling yourself, fears, protections.
Allowing yourself to be seen, being vulnerable – has a lot to do with courage – helping others to be them…you are enough, when we feel enough we can connect and authentic connections are healing and love
When we are who we are – we are not explaining anything – it is freedom – it is visibility and happiness of being the truest of who you are
a little butterfly in the sun in Joshua Retreat Center, California during a month long stay I had seven years ago.
don’t go back to the same empty well and expect water that include friendships, family members, work life and your relationship with yourself we all have old stories practiced for a long time some run a big part of our life depending on how many times we have practiced them inside of us. The way…
is the title of the woman meditating by designer Anja Tverdokhlebova It’s so lovely her message with jewelries… It made me think, that the calmer you are the clearer you think, let things be, its a choice we make again and again, pause, you return to yourself, slow is powerful and strength, let go of…
If you as a child have experienced not being loved, suffered abuse or have being abandoned at home or out there in your world, you may have created another and better world in your imagination, a world where you have felt love, care and being chosen. These imaginations continues as adults and are called potentials.…
Every thought you feel, every emotion you feel sends ripples out through the shared field. Yet another reason for going within and looking at your patterns, becoming more aware of what is running in your mind, becoming more conscious, releasing what is not needed anymore…
When you sit alone in a quiet room you still sense people and your surrounding (planet), because everything is connected, we are energy, we are one, we transmit, broadcast, you are listening, we are listening.
Become intentional, become aware of what is going on inside of you…this is not about being positive and happy, its more about seeing/sensing when and how you are tuning out of the present moment, where are you going? Help yourself with staying in the present moment, let go of the past and the future, that will connect you with your heart, your soul –
you awaken this way

“Pull a card and feel the message your soul needs today.”
“Let your intuition guide you to the card that is calling you.”
“A small moment of presence and wisdom — choose your card.”
“What energy wishes to support you today?”
“Take a pause, pull a card, and listen within.”
“Perhaps you will find exactly the message you needed to hear.”
“Choose a card intuitively and receive today’s inspiration.”
“The soul often speaks quietly — perhaps through a card.”
Cards offer messages, you can use from time to time to guide yourself. These are my card decks, which I use now and then, some more than others. I love how a card offer pointers and create new perspectives on a topic. Last time I met with my meditation group we picked cards, when my eldest daughter is coming home I always ask her to bring her deck (tarot cards), I love her deck, they are soo beautiful and they have been on my wishing list for years, this is the card deck :
Some years ago I spent a whole summer in a tarot course, which definitely was giving on many levels, but if I should give you one advice for reading cards, I would say start with either ask a question or put an intention, pick a card, look at the card and start reading it, what comes first to mind, how do you sense the card, is there specific colors, light, parts of the card, energies you feel around it. Use your intuition, just look and feel, no books with answers, this is you asking yourself for answers, you are the best to answer your own questions, go within…
This was last year in Sweden, but a reminder to myself how simple and joyful life can be when you are being present, feeling joy, experiencing life openly with your heart…
feeling at home, meeting people I know, laughter, hugs, resting in this social circle, words of love and care, old traditions, casual, warmth finding back home in every area of my inner space, easy, sincere, honest, mind feeling lighter, my day have already started to feel softer, like nutrients, being met as the one I…
What creates life and make us blossom, perhaps its a matter of… Love transformed into actionNot only feelings or words, but the small and meaningful actions that say: “I see you. You matter. I am here.” PresenceBeing fully present with the person in front of us, without constantly being trapped in what is missing or what…
Tuning into your own energy can deeply support the choices you make in everyday life. Becoming curious about your inner state can guide you when you feel tired, overstimulated, disconnected, or unable to think clearly.
Instead of doing the opposite of what you truly need, begin listening to yourself. Often, what the soul asks for is calmness, deep breaths, rest, silence, solitude, and space to simply be.
Spiritual maturity begins when you learn to navigate your inner needs with curiosity, honesty, and openness. It is not only about slowing down — it is about breaking free from dysfunctional patterns and inherited conditioning that may have followed generations before you.
It is about stepping outside the box of repetitive thoughts and emotional reactions. Seeing yourself from a different perspective. Understanding life — and yourself — in a new way. And most importantly, it is about releasing the habit of constantly reacting to the outside world instead of connecting deeply with your inner self.
I invite you on a journey where you reconnect with your true essence beyond your normal reality and perception. A journey of transformation, where meaningful changes begin from within.
When you are willing to move toward those changes, the collaboration with the Universe can begin to unfold naturally, guiding you toward a more aligned and authentic life.
The path leads through your own Spirit Within — your Soul Within.
The light in your eyes. Your energy. Your presence. Your true essence.
Selflove, Helped my daughter to the airport and thought going to the beach and swim would be nice, so 7am I was in the ocean, lovely, now coffee and breakfast 💦☀️and just enjoying my morning..
