Emerging in to your own Being

In the space of Being you are simply with yourself, it is so simple that we forget it, just pure being. You can access it through meditation, which can help us to realize and connect with our beingness. But keep it simple, you can also access it without meditation. Skip all the thoughts about doing this and that to access the being. Beingness just is, easy, simple and within you. Everything we can think it’s NOT, like thinking, doing, striving, expecting, achieving or forcing.

Some use their breath as focuspoint, inhale, exhale, but I will still say keep it simple, the breathing can become a project and unnatural. Some use keep their eyes closed to shut down the outside world, which for many is useful when you want to meditate or focus on something specific. I still like to encourage you to simplicity, Being is your conscious awareness in this moment. Our life is this moment, right now I am.

If you look at people in their otium, being retired many of them has slowed down, the concentration and focus of creating, becoming, achieving, keeping together all the -ings create space for being yourself. If I look at my 85 year old father, most of the time he is sitting and looking, having lots of naps, being quiet, he is Being. It is more obvious for retired people, and for some easier. But you can access it your whole life, no matter the circumstances.

Being occur in this moment, being fully present, let life flow through you, just for now sit with yourself, sink in to stillness, be with the one behind everything, “I am the awareness”, “I am the state of grace”, you cannot leave this state, your beliefs and thoughts can blind you from perceiving your own uniqueness, but it cannot leave you.

We are so used to engage in our thoughts, beliefs, the life we see on the outside that we sometimes forget to go within. Examine your conscious mind and its content. We are trained in to a rationel viewing on life that we forget our connection with our soul and spiritual power. Relax and tell yourself another part of you do know. Feelings and experiences, like loneliness and despair, help yourself shifting from suffering to letting them serve you as bridges to illuminating who you really are, a spiritual being. The outer world and our emotional and mental instability are there to show us, to go beyond and walk away from it. We are humans AND divine, the human part helps us to rediscover our divinity.

Live in the present moment, choose to trust and accept yourself and believe that life always work it out in a good way.

The biggest gift

you can give yourself, is to be your authentic self and prioritizing your highest joy of what you really love in life, even when it makes no sense and make other people uncomfortable. I know the choice can be connected with fear and a feeling of being unsure of the path, but sometimes it can be good to be scared of things, it means you are doing something really important and big in your life.

We can be so habitual conditioned in pleasing other people or showing a facade that things are fine in our lives, but inside we feel miserable or are longing for something different. Taking steps towards what we long for is a process, seldom decided overnight. When the Soul is calling us, much is going on the inside and outside, before you settle in to your new chosen reality.

Saying ; “Okay I do it” I want to be connected deeply with that part of myself, where I shine my light, my heart and soul, is a work in progress confronting and letting go of fear, ego stubbornness, rigidity, resistance and also dealing with reactions from your surrounding.

When I felt the inner nudge of walking the path of my authentic self, meaning taking a big leap of faith, leaving my professional path as an self employed interior designer for the corporate world with high-end clients and projects wasn’t easy at all. For years I felt a lot of discomfort about leaving my safe identity, dailylife and in the end selling our house to provide some financial support to our new life, leaving my succes and wellknown life. I felt and can still feel discomfort being on my Souls path, you cannot prepare for the unfoldment, but do I feel aligned and on my Souls path, yes.

Instead of crumbling in to fear position or believing in your fearful thoughts, which is quite natural, remind yourself to breathe through all the many changes and surrender more, especially in your mind. Dealing with other peoples response both the good and the bad is a reflection of our life and thoughts. We can’t take responsibility for other peoples emotional and mental purging towards who we are and what we do. Especially not from those we love and trust. When our close relationships express discomfort about our chosen path or simply just ignore it, start to prioritize what excites you a lot more. Do what feels good and keep doing it. It’s like turning up the volume of your favourite channel and acting on your passion and excitement, no matter how other people react on you with their discomfort.

I have experienced a lot of outspoken vomiting about my choices being on a spiritual path and I kept walking. I have felt very close people ignoring that part of me and they still do. It hasn’t been easy, but it has helped me accepting my truth and light much deeper. Help yourself letting your mind know that it is okay other people don’t understand you and your path, and that it can be difficult for them to ask you questions. If they don’t understand it or it doesn’t interest them. Perhaps someday they will be curious and ask questions, perhaps not, keep moving forward and do what you love.

Not having their support and understanding is helping you to get more clear about how you bond and spend time together. With time they will understand, get inspired or feel your authenticity which allows them to be and do the same.

It demands a lot of trust in yourself and the unknown, struggling with trust is part of the path. Remember to take loving care of yourself both on the inside and the outside. Give yourself love and have healthy and clear boundaries. A lot of times speaking and living your truth is a diverse process, with obstacles and will power and at the same time figuring out a new balance in your life. Express yourself from your heart and trust the process. There will be people entering your life who will support and understand you. We grow when we overcome obstacles. Allow your heart and feel the harmony.

Expanding in to the Power of your Soul

When our inner voice and soul are calling us, it is not loud and talkative, not demanding and critical, not fearful and a lot of pressure, no hustle, force, old habits and blocks, instead you will recognize it from glimpses of new possibilities, safe space, you feel heard and validated from within, true joy and playfulness, it makes you feel alive and YOU….Experiencing your inner connection with your Soul is your awakening, which not happens once, it happens over and over, you plug in to your own inner reality and from that you broaden your perception of awareness and consciousness. In one moment you feel ready and notice and connect with your heart and soul, instead of discarding it or think it is pure imagination. In the beginning it feels like you are between realities, your day to day reality and a reality of much more expanded consciousness.

When you are expanding it can feel like heightened intuition, you sense or see other peoples energy, you can notice synchronicity, your heart is opening up, which in my case have felt like my heart suddenly felt like immense warm energy, pure bliss out of the blue and a feeling of being really touched. When you are awakening you feel you are shifting between living from your mind and head in to more being, trusting your heart and intuition and being one with the present moment….it feels like harmony…

I will shortly host a spiritual workshop called “Reconnecting with your Soul“, where we once a week over a five week period will expand ourselves beyond the day to day mind, in to our hearts, connect with the divine and our inner wisdom. The workshop will contain meditation, reflecting questions, healing, psychic session, inspirational messages from spirit guides, ceremony and spiritual practices.

Keeping our energy open

There is so much that goes into being a Healer, Medium and Psychic and it is so important how we take care of our spiritual gifts, honor them, nurture them, develop and sometimes transform ourselves and our practices so we can be at better services for those who seek us.

All three is about personal development, healing, clarity, connecting with your soul and other souls and holding space for people in the present moment. To be able to offer a mindful, loving space and keeping an open energy, we as helpers need to work on our inner connection, our connection with the Spirit world, God Source, The Universe, what you may call it.

There are many avenues how to strengthen and improve our connections. I will highlight some of them I use in my inner and outer work ; Meditation, prayer, connecting with nature and animals, sitting in The Power, asking Spirit for help, regular circle work, talk with and practice on a regular basis with other mediums and healers, retreats with different spiritual origins, like meditation, shamanism, Ayahuasca, yoga, silence, personal development. But also daily looking at fear, confronting thoughts and mind, asking the difficult questions, working on being vulnerable and strong. Letting ourselves awaken spiritually and become enlighten day by day. It is definitely a process of unlearning, unbecoming who you are not, letting go of ego and thought patterns. It is also working with the psychical body, diets, selfcare. There is so many paths, seeing, surrendering, letting go.

The paths are inviting us in to a more authentic connection with our Soul, discovering our Soul and Heart, being who we are and become more present. It’s all about love, awareness and the present moment.

Creating change

We are all ordinary people, but even a person in a low paid job without any education, a housewife, a teenager, an elderly person, you name it, can in its own little way light a little flame in a very dark room. We all have this ability and have this choice inside of us to make a change. Sometimes the change starts with ourself, believing, trusting, choosing ourself. Small acts in the midst of difficult times like enjoying the birds singing, asking someone how they are doing, offering a smile, letting the bus driver know it’s a joy to sit in their bus. My way of lightning my own flame for the moment is by having long walks with my youngest daughter and two lovely dogs she is a dog walker for. Getting out for an hour, moving my body, enjoying the warm weather, laughing so much, recieving and giving love, so simple and yet so profound for my heart space. I choose this time, I create the time for it, I believe that listening within every moment is leading us towards a good joyful life.

Joy in a glass and communicating with ourself

This morning my eldest daughter Anouk made me a little wonder glass of health and joy, so good, soo simple. Overall in general we love food in my family (me and my two big girls), our fridge is most of the time full of vegetables and fruit, and I have always prioritized good food (read healthy food), because it just feels better in my body and system.

Im not fanatic in any way, I both drink wine and coffee, eat candy and chips. But I always prefer food mainly with vegetables and beans! I do love fish and seafood, and from time to time meat. But meat has been reduced to a very rare thing, sometimes its every half year, sometimes several days with good meat. So my food intake is based on a dialogue with my body, I sense and listen to what I need.

You can easily connect with yourself and your body by listening to the big and small messages from your body. Everything is about energy, high and low energy. I have always been very sensitive towards food, sensitive in general. As a child I was very aware of my intake, and was blessed with a various very green home grown diet.

Although I really love dairy, bread and other things, I get clear messages from my body like swollen throat, acid, gas, stomachpain, feeling of having a flu, joint pain, tiredness and other clear signs.

Through our mouth we take in food and impressions from the outside. We are recieving reality and our world. It is also through our mouth we partly express ourself. So there is a deep connection between the inner and outer world and what we take in and what we express. How do we recieve life?! Small and big bites, how fast are we eating? Do we have courage to try new in life.

We, our body and spiritual self have a very fine tuned intuition and compass for our intake of food and what we tolerate, but it is also a bigger aspect of ourself and how we are in life.

Our diet and how we eat (fast, slow, the environment around us) help us to create or deepen our connection with our inner self and or inner healthy senses and signals. The type of food we eat are a clear signal of how we respect and the care we have for ourself. Care, warmth and love are also given through our diet, (and through relationships and connections), so reconnecting with our body we also reconnect with our needs, emotions and Spiritual Self.

When I offer healing and trancehealing, psychic or trancemediumship sessions Spirit work through me and I recieve messages about the conection between medical issues, emotional and spiritual connections. Which add more clarity to the present situation around emotions, patterns, decisions, actions, fear, trauma and so much more.

In one of my recent trancemediumship sessions with a woman, Spirit guided me to “see” inflamation in her body, acid reactions towards wrong medicine, throat issues and a more chronic healthissue and a deeper cause which were rooted in her ability to express healthy bounderies, express herself, being fearful of taking control of her life and her dynamics in her marriage. In the same session Spirit and I helped her with her spiritual path and how to move on from the current situation. That was only a 15 min session and were shedding light upon her situation and helped her to connect herself with the deeper thruths of herself.

I love what I do, I love how Spirit are helping and guiding me and my clients naturally and doing good in so many ways.
